Guest guest
Yup Aggi, you sure did! I was hoping Germany stayed out of that nightmare, but apparently not. Guest guest
Hi Aggi, Ifind having dry, shaved unsweetened coconut helps. I use it as a treat so I don't feel totally deprived. A mental thing. Black under eyes is nearly gone and hips looking good:) After Bobbyboys comments on fat in the diet, I wonder if I should just stick to fish. I have been buying the leanest meat they have at the health store though. Aggi, don't you think time and experience will tell us how to adjust the diet? I'm feeling pretty good though. Guest guest
That's interesting , because when i used to live in the States and went for a run, I always had difficulties breathing properly plus I was out of breath a lot quicker than here in Germany. It was like the air was 'thicker' somehow. I've always wondered about it... and yes, I feel physically better here, too. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > From: Aggi <aggi_assmann@> > > > > > > > > Subject: Mopping walls versus painting > > > > > > > > bird mites > > > > > > > > Date: Tuesday, May 24, 2011, 8:57 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ÃÆ'Æ'Æ'ÃÆ'¢â‚¬Å¡ÃÆ'Æ'‚ÃÆ'‚ > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi Guys, tonight I've been mopping the kitchen walls once more with the result that I can hardly feel my arms anymore. Guest guest
, you have just made my day, because I do love fresh coconut ;-) That little treat is going to help maintaining the diet. I do eat a lot of fresh fish anyway and get plenty of Vit.B12 this way. Does that mean we can eat dairy products as well, or would that be a no go ? Great that you are feeling this good already, you sound happy enough, too ! :-) Let's call it the happiness-diet ! And the benefit of losing weight will keep us even more happy. I agree with you, our bodies will tell us what's working. Besides, the athleth's foot cream is even more expensive here in Germany, it's about 9 Euros per tube, Ouch ! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > From: Aggi <aggi_assmann@> > > > > > > Subject: Mopping walls versus painting > > > > > > bird mites > > > > > > Date: Tuesday, May 24, 2011, 8:57 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ÃÆ'Æ'Æ'ÃÆ'¢â‚¬Å¡ÃÆ'Æ'‚ÃÆ'‚ > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi Guys, tonight I've been mopping the kitchen walls once more with the result that I can hardly feel my arms anymore. Guest guest
Hi Aggi, absolutly no milk/products. Depending on the site, I keep getting opposite views on coffee. Man, I am just so glad I only have a week and a half left. This cream cost is expensive, but then, I just try to pretend I've been to see the doctor once and that is my cost for the month. I had gotton one cream from the doctor that was $150.00 out of my pocket after insurance. It did nothing.
