Guest guest Posted March 21, 2011 Report Share Posted March 21, 2011 Hi , The general rule for the minimum amount of water a body needs is 1/2 your weight in ounces of water sipped throughout the day. If one consumes any coffee, tea or soda, more water is needed usually 16oz of water for each serving of coffe, tea and soda which dehydrates the body.
