Hi,

I sleep covered in heavy cotton tee shirt fabric (long sleeve top, I wear a M but use 2X for sleep; long soft cotton knit pants; crew socks) but the disposable sheets are not unpleasant against the skin. The fake fabric side is soft enough to feel satisfying, to me anyway. At any rate, you can get a box for not too much money. I think it is worth trying out so you can decide for yourself. I've been using them every night for two years. I use one for cover, too. When the heat went out one night I just added another on top of that and was fine. Plastic is a good insulator for body heat. I often wake up with the covers thrown back to waist level even on chilly nights. All in all, i think they are one of the loveliest products I've found to help me deal with this. They brought instant sanity to my wash routine, plus my back is severely damaged (crushed vertebrae) so bending over to change real sheets may be something I can never again do

anyway, unless I skip tucking them in. That is the part that is so painful, lifting the mattress to do that.

BTW I have no bug problems at night with my system, except for any that I missed in my shower routine, which is rare. Generally the only movement I get at night is from under the skin, though that is less and less (another story).

I have been thinking about getting some of these for a long time. I don't sleep that well now and am concerned it may make it even more uncomfortable. something like this, but they really take a load off - clean sheets every night. Well, I've added it to my favorites. Work starts back in a few days, and if I find the sheet washing costs me too much time, I may get a pack for tight days.
