Guest guest Posted January 24, 2011 Report Share Posted January 24, 2011 My husband is doing sooooo very well with the Doxycycline that I'm going to start taking it tonight. He took it 3 times per day for 2 weeks and then cut back to 2 times per day for the past couple weeks. Almost no bites since he began!!!! Nothing short of a miracle. He still uses the white vinegar and H2O2 each night as a whole body spray before his shower. I've been having success in not getting bit as long as I take about 15 supplements in the mornings. But if I stop for a few days I get more bites. I still spray vinegar and H2O2 on the parts of my body where there are old bites that are not yet fully healed (just before I shower). I don't know if my husband will start getting bites again when he finally stops the doxy??? I wish I knew... but I want him to take it the full 90-days. Life is so nuts. But we have been drinking wine and beer again and eating more sugar too... I'll keep posting weekly to let everybody know if and when we finally get some kind of normal life again. We are putting our home back together and I'm scared that it may all be a waste of money and energy in the end. I definitely find it hard to believe that we could ever really lead a normal life again.
