Guest guest
The posts at Mel's site suggests that an anti-fungal Rx should be used along with the antibiotic Rx. They suggest a lab called Great Plains Lab to test the individual to find out which medications would be best for there infection. It is an interesting notion, because it is likely that the infection we each have gotten from bird mite bites are not all the same... However the infections do seem to cause all of us to become mite magnets (attractive hosts). Has anyone on this site tried a prescription anti-fungal along with the antibiotic? Didn't Bessie, Sue, Marie, and cure this without antibiotics and anti-fungals? They are the only people I have heard of who had beat this... z3
Guest guest
Hii Thank you for you info on the lamasil pills. I will have a look into it God bless you, Bill. It cleared every bit of it up. His nails are now perfect and feet look good too. Thick toenails are now normal nails. He had few symptoms before this... occasionally has a little tickle on his ear, but since starting Teasel almost never happens. He is entirely free of symptoms. For some reason his symptoms have cleared and mine have not entirely, although during the cold weather I've done well. If your liver can tolerate Lamisil it might be the way to go. > > > > > > > Re: Which antibiotic to use, if any... > > > > > > >Hi Zoe > >Long before the birdmite forum there was topix scabie forum , Sam a head poster had crusted scabies so 1 Dr said after many said many other things .... It wasn't. They had the air in the house tested and it was some kind of household mold or fungus causing them itching and rashes, but said there was nothing you could see like on the walls or anything. > >As for me I got a fungus after using all the scabies meds.
