Guest guest
We have found that even the bites/lesions that have been with us for months and months are healing with the spray of hydrogen peroxide and the vinegar left on for a few minutes and then rinses 1-3 times per day. Gotta constantly hydrate our skin with moisturizing soap ( EVERYONE in the universe must know my favorite one by now. LOL) (and yes we do rinse it off) , creme, or oil though. We like using coconut oil in the sauna and rubbing it to the skin with massage. My husband is still only about 85% better depending on the day. he even got a bite tonight (maybe while in our garage looking for dog toe nail clippers). One of the reasons I'm so much better than him is cuz I got a horrible, very serious flu last spring for about 2 weeks and while I had it I got up to 80-85% better all at once while my fever raged and all liquids and solids ran through me and I ached all over. I could barely move, but NO mites bothered me the entire time until I got well again. The bites started up again, but never nearly as bad as pre-flu. I did get pneumonia from the flu too... ugh. But it was worth getting sick to get rid of some of the biting, crawling, and prickles. z3
