Don't be hard on yourself Rose. We all have "situations" that are not 100% or even close to it. Just keep on putting one foot in front of the other because we will get there eventually. Some days are better than others. Some days it just seems totally unbearable and then the next day things have let up and we wonder why we were so ready to throw in the towel. You are still much better than you were when this hit.

It's strange... it hit for us in 2008 too. September 2008 was the worst by far, but it really started with the biting back in April 2008, I just didn't realize what was happening and by the time September came around, the whole house was infested. We don't seem to let a day go by without realizing how far we have come.

Keep your chin up. I have found fighting this I am better alone, except for my

critters:) Most of them are from the shelter and would have been destroyed if

not for me this is a much better life.

Dear Rose, yes throw his hind end out! One thing I've learned about abusive

people is they are manipulators. They insult you, call you names and then they

turn around and try to make you feel guilty because they are so " sensitive " and

it was all your fault that they got abusive. Yeah, they are sensitive to their

own feelings but not to yours or anyone who takes your part. This is sick and

people need to stop the cycle of abuse if they are caught up in it.

Abusers are perpetual children who never grow up or take responsibility for

anything. It's always somebody elses' fault.

This is why I think you should go back and read the subject called " Hunchbackers

Brilliant Insights. " My eyes lit up when I saw this because I once had a

boyfriend who was abusive. He blamed me for him being so overly sensitive.

Hunchbacker pointed out the hallmarks, especially the self-absorbed type of

personality who is always blaming others, never taking responsibiilty for their

own actions.

Like Marie says keep your chin up girl. Just throw the trash out. You deserve
