go down in the chart to Vaccine and find HIB and click on that and then

in the earlier years can find reports where only HIB was given

In more recent years the reports include HIB among the other vaccines

given at 2 months and 4 months, etc.

go down in the chart to Vaccine and find PNC (Prevnar) and click on

that and then

in the earlier years can find reports where only Prevnar was given

In more recent years the reports include Prevnar (PNC) among the

other vaccines given at 2 months and 4 months, etc.
