Guest guest
Imagine the guilt you'd feel if you vaccinated and something terrible happened, knowing what you know about vaccines. Don't try to let go of the guilt you feel now, though. It part of the process to work through it in " unlearning " the brainwashing we've all had growing up. Guest guest
Funny, my oldest (vaccinated until 18 months) was never snotty. I think it's good for them to be--shows things are clearing out of them. He never had even a clear, runny nose. He went straight to asthma where everything locked up. I was so excited when he finally could blow his nose. He must have been around 10-11 years old. Guest guest
My oldest son never cried like that, and he's the one who ended up the sickest from vaccines. My second one did, though. Both vaxed. I don't think it's normal for a baby to cry excessively. There's always a reason. Winnie Re: Need help on deciding to selectively vaccinate.... Guest guest
You done good Chelly. My dad was dead by the time I had my children or I would have asked him why he didn't want me vaxed. It took me some time to get back into being treated by a chiropractor. It wasn't until I had horrible headaches and my MD did and MRI and gave me brain numbing drugs that I finally decided it was time to seek *better* help. Guest guest
Turn it around on them and ask them if they believe that vaccines protect you from disease. If they say " Yes " then say so you are OK then and it is you that put my unvaxed child at risk. Guest guest
I'm sorry about your dad, you can't take responsibility for things you had no control over. My mother died from cancer as well, I was living with her alone at the time, my siblings had moved to my Dad. I was taken away to live with my dad just three days before she died and I have felt guilty for years and years! I worry too, about the health of the nation in general, so many people on disability and its not going to get better, in fact I think it will get worse and worse, so many kids with autism and learning disabilities etc. We might have to start a dating service for our kids when they are old enough! (sad but true I think) Chelly > Vaccinations > From: ladybugsandbees@... > Date: Thu, 13 Aug 2009 10:39:35 -0400 > Subject: Re: Need help on deciding to selectively vaccinate.... > > My children were adjusted 5 days after birth. Guest guest
Very true. I just wish I could have known so that he could be here now. But there must have been a reason this happened this way. I laughed on the dating but it is in a way true. Need to keep that " gene pool " good. I can see how my husband's and mine have created a mess for my children. It didn't help my son that I had cancer while pregnant with him or my daughter that I had had two rounds of radiation before getting pregnant with her. My body was so depleted by that point. We do the best we can with what we are given. Steph Re: Need help on deciding to selectively > > vaccinate.... > > > > You done good Chelly. Guest guest
None of us are perfect so its ok. I just try to keep things better than average, and thats good enough for us. We avoid junk foods as much as possible, but I don't totally OUTLAW it, my kids see other kids eating fries and burgers, and its ok once in a while (in my opinion) my kids have never had soda drinks, and I'm thrilled with that little bit. My son tried Sparkling applecider before, and he cried he hated it so much, he won't go NEAR a sparkling drink. (he was given the applecider on Thanksgiving the day I was in labor at home with his sister, he wanted to go to his grandparents house so off he went. They did me a favor with that applecider, I would have said no! LOL) I think we probably all did things during our pregnancy that wasn't the best possible thing to do. I had a few ultrasounds with my son, he was breech and the doctor wanted to check him a bit too much. With my daughter I knew better on that front, but before I even knew I was pregnant, I went out with friends and had a few drinks!!! (I was horrified with myself, but it didn't seem to do any harm) Chelly Vaccinations From: ladybugsandbees@... Again the pertussis vaccine does not prevent anything and according to their literature the baby is not protected until the first series is completed (usually at about 6 months). After 6 months pertussis is not that problematic anyway. Under 6 months it is more challenging because their airways are so tiny and the secretions thick. But we know many here who go through pertussis just fine, especially those unvaccinated and also there is homeopathic help. >I also agree that after age 2 these arent' as serious diseases, so >waiting until then to vaccinate makes no sense either.
