Guest guest Posted May 8, 2004 Report Share Posted May 8, 2004 I think it depends on how your skin is- I went from a 34AA to a 34C (in for 7 years) and did not need a lift. I was lucky - the doctor should be able to look at you and give you advice on the lift.
