Hi.

Six months ago, I hiked and went speed walking about 5 x per week 7-8 miles at a time, and would fly somewhere on average 2-3 per month. The last few months has been a big change. My only form of excercise is cleaning the condo and doing laundry. Other than that, I read, watch TV and sit on my ass.I venture out to shop occaisionally and go to the docs. That's been the last few sucky months.

I take a Hair Skin and Nail Vitamin by Lessman. I was takin zinc, but stopped because I don't want to take too much. I take and iron supp with Llysine in the AM 90 mins. before eating.

I eat a high fiber diet with All Bran as my everyday breakfast cereal.Other than my high fiber, I'm not the model of good health <g>.

I also take Milk Thistle and garlic, an excellent multivitamin, etc. etc. For sleep I take valerian, melatonin and a magnesium supplement to remove calicum from joints. For exercise I walk. I've done a lot of it. Probalby 3 hours a week average. I believe this is another main part of my program. My food, needs improved, but I eat a lot more fresh fruits and vegetables than before. Less salt and less oil. I really need a boost in this area. I think when I start on the fungal defense I will naturally eat better. I stay away from

beef and pork for sure. Skim milk. I'm not as diciplined as the others. I do take probiotics and eat yogurt with acidophilus however there is still fruit at the bottom. I need to drink more water. For pain, I take ibuprophen and hot baths, and if I walk I don't have pain really anymore. I've given up all alcohol, all antidepressants.( I take a good multi B complex just for stress).pills on that line, quit smoking and chewing gum (TMJ) pain. I take ginkgobiloba for mental alertness (just started) Several other herbs and vitamins. Such as lots of C because it is a cheap antioxidant. I tool lots of Inositol, the vitamin/herb?? that eliminates silicone from body/ Dr. Kolb. think I should continue to take it? I guess so.SO WHAT IS THE HEART OF YOUR PROGRAM? WHAT DO YOU THINK HAS HELPED YOU THE MOST? WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN ABLE TO STICK WITH, STUFF LIKE THAT.In abbrev. form the heart of my program would be the flax, lecithin and

exercise. My gut is restored and I'm nearly pain free.Love you girls,

Wow LM,

7 to 8 miles of speed walking 5 times per week?!!!!!! then you never had FM huh? Why haven't you been active lately? the inactivity is probably causing you your back pain. Sounds like you've been in good health, maybe thats why its not a real urgent thing.

what's the point of the amino acid Lylsine 90 minutes before breakfast? Oh yeah, amino acids are to be taken before the meal, huh? I'k like to see you get back in the walking grove. Like you to get me walking more. How about some encouragement? Thank you. You must be very strong and in great shape. Love, Hope you're feeling better soon. Walking is probalby medicinal for you.

what's in the hair vitamin? Has it restored your hair? My hair is still thick but dosne't grow as soft, seems brittly, the hypothyroid hair.

Hi.

7-8 5 times a week was well over six month ago. I got sick on HGH and now hve the tumor and nuerological symptoms. Before this I felt healthy except when I had implant/explant surgery, I was tired and drained for over 6 months. But I could not eat well and was anemic too.

All my health has gone downhill since last Oct.I was especially ill on that hgh crap. All this stuff has come very quickly. I never felt this way before--never.

I take iron on an empty stomach w/lysine for max absorption.Hair vitamins and a good diet will help your hair. Protein is important but so is thyroid!

I always wondered if people would not react badly to HGH. I was afraid of

it. But I avoid most everything.

Lynda:

Well, wonder no more! After taking this crap, I feel it has screwed me up. Luckily my periods are back on track(they were NEVER iregular prior to going on hgh) . I will say that I did have the heel thing and some "stabbing" neuro pain in my head prior to going on HGH, but the rest of the decline happened after.

I'm glad you had the sense to stay away from this drug. I was duped by an MD to take the stuff.Unfortunately, there's little data out there for bad side effects.

Good night. Sleep well.
