OT: 8months old with really bad constipation, any advice?

7 days now... He eats breastmilk only (not interested in solids) and usually

poops daily. He hasn't pooped in 7 days, we just came back from Europe and he

might be jetlagged and feel a little stressed out. He also has a slight cough

and runny nose, no fever though.

Took him to urgent care yesterday and the doc could feel on his belly that the

large colon is really full and suggested enemas and milk of magnesia. Neither

worked and I dont want to do laxatives anymore. I just bought some nux vomica

and gave it to him hoping it will help. I also massaged his belly and feet....

Do you know anything else? I am really worried for my little one. THroughout the

day he is ok, but at night he screams a lot, obviously in pain.
