Refusal to Vaccinate used in custody court case

I am currently going through a very nasty custody case with my abusive ex. I had

to flee to another state because my 2 year protective order ran out and he found

out where I lived and began to stalk me and such,and I did not feel safe in my

own home. The state of va just awarded him " emergency custody " ,with him stating

that because I refuse to vaccinate my child,he has severe concern for her

medical safety because I denied routine vaccinations.Any advice on how to

address this issue in court tommorow? I had to flee to florida,and I obtained a

exemption for religous reasons as soon as I got here.
