Guest guest
My 4 kids have been so, so sick. The oldest three, 6, 4, and 2 seem to be over the hump but my 6 month old is really sick. We went to the ped. today and she swabbed pos. for influenza. The doc told me this was preventable. I told her maybe. I said Im damned if I do and Im damned if I dont (get the kids flu shots). Anyways, she is really concerned about the baby and that if she gets worse will have to be admitted. She wants me to start her on Amantadine right away. I don't know anything about this drug. Kadency (the baby) got sick Saturday, and now it is Tuesday. I thought this drug had to be given as soon as the sickness started???? Sorry for the rambling. I don't know what to do. I have the bottle of Amantadine sitting here in front of me. My husband is saying to give it to her he doesn't want her in the hospital and I don't either, but I am so nervouse about meds. If anybody knows please help Adelyn
