Guest guest
Ok, time to register for kindergarden next week, and want to make sure I am doing it right.. My 5 y/o was vaxxed until the time came to do the boosters. And I stopped. The Dr signed the certification of immunization form saying he is adequately or age approiately immunized. He said no need to do a religious exemption b/c he signed this form, and he had some protection anyways from his infant/toddler shots. Should I just go to school, d/o the form and leave? Give them an exemption anyways? And, what do I say if/when the county/ school nurse calls and asks why I didn't get him fully immunized? The last shot the poor kid had was the flu shot in Oct., and he has ben sick 8 times since then...never again....The baby had the hib the same time, and now has several food allergies, so I'd say that was a reaction. Neither has not had one since Oct., and never will again. I am in VA. Also, anyone know how to opt out of the database so no one can send me that dreaded letter? Thank you!
