Guest guest
Hi, everyone, until I get DSL speed its hard to anwer all the posts, it will sure make it easier. I've been suffering from TMJ, jaw pain. It's giveing me bad headaches and sometimes migraines. I don't know if my ear infection and sinus infections brought it on but I'm having the worse flar I've ever had. I need to use ice packs when the pain is very bad. Ear Nose and Throst dr. gave me muscle relaxers which I hate taking. I've heard antihistamines help, maybe thats why they've helped me all this time. I thought I had bad sinus problems but maybe it was very often linked to TMJ. I think I will schedule with a dentist. Has anyone heard that magnesium is good for pain. Also an antiinflammatory as my face swells. I am worse in the morning. I am a gum addict and can chem 10 pakcs in a day. I'll be giving that up completely. Anyone else suffer from TMJ and got ove it with moderate life style changes? thanks .
Guest guest
: Hi. Get a cat scan. I was just diagnosed w/ a sinus infection. These things can really hurt. I assumed from the face pain it was all trimengal (sp) neuralgia. I still could have that from my tumor but my left face pain in my cheek and much headach pain has come from my infection.Rule this out.If you are infected according to my ENT surgeon, antibiotics is the way to go to wipe out the nasty infection. I wonder how I got this darned thing? I know I began having sever left face pain in early Feb. I just got diagnosed over a week ago. Nothing like suffering needlessly! Good grief! <michellerking1@...> wrote: Hi, everyone, until I get DSL speed its hard to anwer all the posts, it will sure make it easier. I've been suffering from TMJ, jaw pain. Guest guest
Thank you Jane, sounds like we're having similar problems. I definately had ear infection and sinus infection going on. I've been on multiple antibiotics since about Febuary off and on, mostly on. ENT said I do not have ear infection now, but I think the severe ear infections and sinus infections somehow brought on this terrible facial pain, or other wise known as TMJ. I'm sure I have TMJ now, but I'm sure I had an ear infection too. I was diagnosed by several differnt drs. Of course for the ENT my ear infection looks good so he's calling it TMJ. Of course TMJ is a catch all and very common. I have decided to stop chewing gum, sleep on a softer pillow and do what I can to not clinch my teeth. Try to relax jaw muscle. I have had a cat scan, PCP said it stated a sinus infection but ENT said it looked cloudy but that could be from my sinus surgery in 1990 (when I first put in implants). I'm getting another Cat Scan June 2nd, so we'll see. I'm still on omnicef-antibiotic, because my ear will bubble sometimes. I'm very sensitive to chemicals, like perfumes, especially new carpet. After a long exposure I get my sinuses fired up. I think my ear infection is resolved however, I reallly believed it inflammed my TMJ muscles which are located right infront of your ear. Now I need to relax and get rid of this flare up of my TMJ muscles. Thanx for comments. I know how bad the headaches can be. Migraines. Hugs, Jane Doe <oceanlilly_csu@...> wrote: : Hi. Guest guest
Hi , so sorry to hear about your pain. I have been in pain for 6 years now (abdominal) and decided to try Dr. Rubin's FYI (for your infalmation). He is the doctor who makes Primal Defense. I have never seen such results in anything else that I have tried in all these years. I am able to do so much now that I haven't been able to do. I am also taking his RM-10 to build up my immunity and my fatigue is lifting every week. He was truly inspired by God and I am ready for a new and exciting life. Please try his products if you can afford them. I am also doing a lot of inner healing work by going to Al-anon and letting the tears flow. It is so important to heal spiritually as well as physically. Good luck to you and God bless.
