Guest guest
Despite many phone calls to this woman since the 5th of March when I originally requested this information, it has not been forthcoming. I need your help please. These are important questions and we deserve adequate answers. Below is the list of questions I asked. Please forward this list on your own email (don't just forward this message - copy and paste it into a new message from you) to the following people and say that with all of the misinformation and fear that has been coming out of the Sunshine Coast in regards to these cases of measles, you would like to know more details and would appreciate their prompt response with accurate information since QLD Health does not seem to be able to answer these questions: Dear Kate, Thank you for your time on the phone earlier. I am on a very tight deadline so I would appreciate this information as soon as possible. First of all, any media releases that have been issued by the department on this subject would be great if you could forward them to me via email. Next, I have the following questions: 1- How many confirmed cases of measles have been reported so far? 2- How many suspected cases? 3- Have the confirmed cases been confirmed by laboratory blood testing? 4- Of those who are confirmed as having measles, how many of them are completely unvaccinated? How many are partially vaccinated? How many are fully vaccinated? How many have parents who say that they were vaccinated but who have no documentary evidence to prove these assertions? 5- Of those who are ill with measles, have there been any hospitalisations or serious complications reported 6- How many children have been excluded from the school due to their vaccination status? 7- How many teachers and other school staff have been excluded from the school due to their vaccination status? What sections of the ACT entitles QLD Health to exclude employees from a school setting during an outbreak of measles? Thank you very much for your help in this matter. I will contact you by phone should I have any further questions and as I said earlier, I am on a very tight deadline so your prompt attention to this matter would be very much appreciated.
