My heart goes out to all of those families affected and if you or a loved one has been affected, I know I can speak with all of our AVN members when I say that my thoughts and best wishes go out to you. To the absolutely heroic firefighters who have been working in 40 - 50 degree heat to save homes, lives and property, you have done an amazing job - I know it's not over yet - but as someone whose home was once saved by volunteer fire fighters, I thank you and I know that others in Australia feel the same. Please consider supporting the bushfire brigades in your area since they do such important work and you never know when you will need them.
