Seems to me that she deserves to be given a chance to learn more and

hopefully to write a good article. Who knows she might become a real help. If

she

is really looking to antagonize our views, then we will know that soon

enough. Hopefully, she will come on board and ask intelligent questions and be

able to hear the truth in our answers.

Won't she be able to read all of these comments once she joins??

Well its your list, but here are a few thoughts. As a journalist she certainly

knows how to research. There are a lot of heavy weights with web-sites chalk

full of data and you don't have to join. These web-sites like VacLib are

information loaded for those who are serious about learning.

Many of us are just bits and pieces of this subject, and are on all different

levels of learning ourselves.

Not to mention all the books and people like Tenpenny, April, and Dr.

Eisenstein. One can learn much

from a Null Tape.Also as far as personal stories go NVIC has thousands.

 Anyway I don't really care because if she's on the wrong side it won't take me

long to find out. If it were me I would ask some hard questions. One thought ,

ask her to join your class first. Or have her contact the ones here who have a

story to tell,  people who can handle them selves like Dawn.

Otherwise I just visualize her scanning the messages and picking up bits and

pieces. That may cause incomplete stories or untruths depending on her

particular viewpoint she may be biased toward..

I agree with Jim. There are ALOT of websites out there that have personal

stories and vacts about vaccinations. I am just wondering why she wants to join

Why not? This is one of the best sites out there that I've been able to find.

IF she's carefully screened to see what her motives are...I dont' see the

problem. She could even be pro-vax and if she's genuinely interested, I don't

see a problem either.

Yours like every ones opinion  does count.

But I didn't pick up Sheri wanting a vote.

I think she was looking for what our concerns were, which was a thoughtful

gesture.

The final choice , as it should be is up to Sheri.

And I could be wrong, but I don't think anybody will be upset no matter which

way

she goes. We are all capable of defending ourselves if need be, or contributing.

Celebs do this with reporters. this is a list on , not an interview with a

big celebrity of some sort. Let her be innocent until proven something else.

She's honest and up front about who she is, and as long as she's warned what the

general consensus of the list is and she's willing to let answers that may be

new to her come to her, why make her go through all that? Someone with

something to hide HIDES---they generally they don't make their intentions known

up front. I wouldn't be surprised if there are ones who vax on this very list

but stay to learn and be educated anyway, they just aren't reporters or ones who

make themselves known.

I say that we welcome her. At least she came out up front and said

she was a journalist. She could have just lied when she applied. I

think it says something that she has been open as to why she wanted

Hi to whoever you are.

I didn't see a name.

Your statement that " Someone with something to hides HIDES " has its exceptions.

Some of the greatest conman in the world open their game with something that

sounds innocent.

Knew a few when I was young and part of the street crowd.

But lets play the what if game for a minute. What if her real purpose was to

befriend a few knowledgeable  but naive people for her files. What if she really

works for a department in the government? The question is, if she's not clean,

can she cause problems for anyone on this list, in particularly Sheri.

Sheri, you opened up a can of worms. My kind of girl. If I were the list owner,

I would ask for credentials, maybe a home phone where I could talk to her for a

while. Unless she is stupid she must be aware of the pressure our side is under

and would be accommodating.  There are not to many people on this list or in

this movement that are front line warriors.

Many are on the sidelines. I know you are taking in all these good suggestions

on both sides.

Either way the sky is not going to fall no matter what you decide.

I only joined this group last week and I can honestly say from what I've seen

she could either do a great service by spotlighting the best of this list or she

could do a lot of damage by amplifying some embarrasing stereotypes about the

movement - If she wants to make us look like an angry conspiracy theorists then

there is no shortage of material here. No offense to the angry folks, I

understand where you are coming from, but I really do hope that she will get a

grip on the evidence and logic based arguments because if the right questions

are raised in the right publications there will be many more allies joining this

As others have said, there are SO many other ways to get information and make

contacts besides joining a Group where at least some members will be

made uncomfortable by your presence. In fact, I would think whatever questions

she has could be deftly handled by Sheri herself. Anyway, all the writer

needs to do is email the contact person of any pro- or anti-vaccine website to

get

information.
