Guest guest Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 That emergency medical treatment form that schools supply you with essentially CAN give schools the right to transport your child to the ER where they may be given a vaccine. Even if you have an exemption form on file with the school, it may be overlooked or totally disregarded. I am advising everyone to specifically write on their child's emergency form that vaccines are not permitted. Be sure to keep a copy for yourself too.
