Hi all,

It was pointed out on another one of my lists that if you

put links inside parenthesis, like this: (http://www.nvic.org) that

the links stand a much better chance of staying intact after

processing through the listserv. I watched it for a week or so before

I posted here, to make sure this was actually the case, and it does

seem to work much better. So, from now on, we should try to remember

to put all our links in parentheses. Even really long links seem to

stay intact better that way.

Hi ,

Interesting. Can you have a look back at my post on 7.1.09 entitled

Measles could survive attempted eradication due to low vaccination rates " ?

I put three links in that one, all parenthesised, and my browser still split

them. Can you tell me if your browser split them too?

Hi Sue,

There is only one link on that post that I can see, and it isn't in

parenthesis... are you thinking of a different post, maybe? The link

was scrambled in the " Vaccinations " post, but not in the

" VaccineDangers " google post. I've noticed Google doesn't scramble

links as badly as .

Ah! That's the one. :) Yes, all links in parentheses were good... no

broken links on my end. The links do take up more than one line, but

when I click on them, they are intact.
