I think without any coughing, he couldn't have TB anyway. Will your place

accept the blood test? It's called the Quantiferon TB Gold Test.

there is an alternative blood test available at many health

departments - that may be your only option as I can't find an

exemption for TB test in VA

Try to contact NVIC who is in Virginia - hopefully they can help more
