Thanks for warning me. I usually watch that show for entertainment, but

I won't catch this episode (I'm in CA, it hasn't aired yet). How ridic!

I am STILL yelling. I am on the ABC web page now, but I think I am

too upset to write just yet. Rage doesn't to get me anywhere, so I

need to calm down first. I feel like I am sick of debating the issue,

and tend to keep my opinions to myself, but do voice them when asked.

Being in acupuncture school, I have had the pleasure of meeting so

many people who are open to discussing. And I am not crazed and in

everyone's face with my opinions, I do what I feel is right for my

child, make the information I have available to others, have a few

short simple facts to make people think about the topic, and then I

keep to myself. While I do not vaccinate my kid (or pets), I also

don't attack or judge people who chose to. That is their right. Just

as it is my right not to. When " medical " TV shows do episodes like

this, people who have not had the privilege I have had to be educated,

and have the resources I do to know how to make informed educated

decisions, there is usually a mass hysteria over the topic. It upsets

me that this is ok to air on TV, it upsets me that there is not a

legal question about this Dr on TV vaccinating a child in front of his

parent while she is screaming no AFTER he has been exposed, and it

also upsets me that I liked this show and now I can't even enjoy my

simple guilty pleasure of TV because it has become an ethical issue.

Sorry, venting..... AAAARRRRGGGG!!!!

What commercials were aired?

I have it on DVR, I can check, although, I am not sure if I want to watch it

I am sure it will, especially since I am dealing with a child who has been

damaged by vaccines. Luckily, I educated myself and spared my younger son the

same fate.

Good question... maybe I should watch it then to see.... I wouldn't be

surprised to see GArdasil commercials or that horrible " give her the

gift of polio vaccine " blablabla commercial....

This is upsetting to me. Even if you vaccinate or selectively vaccinate,

respecting a parent's choice is imperative.

I just FF'ed throw it and didn't see any drug commercials, two insurance

companies, car and life but nothing drug related. Now, some of the products

could be owned by drug companies, so I wouldn't rule it out, but nothing

obvious.

i didn't watch it but a mom from a group did and she posted this am wasn't

it so good it shows why we should vax and how important and i just said vax

are not 100% so find a doc to tell me they are so you can get it either way.she

said i think they are so important and that's why we dont have those things

around anymore. i said you better go vax yourself cause you dont have all the

vax your child does so you could pass it all right along just like a non vax

The concern is they are programming the sheep to favor

forced vaccination.. This programming is also being done in the schools on the

kids.

My 15 year old granddaughter brought me her biology book.  It ask the question

should vaccines be mandatory? The fight is coming, better find out who  your

congressmen are.

As long as people BELIEVE virus cause disease their argument will be weak.

If you believe virus causes disease then you believe antibody(bits of protein)

will attack the virus to kill it(never mind that it is a dead speck) and that

vaccine poison will provoke the body into developing these so called   " life

saving antibody's. "

The antibody theory is what Salk based is whole polio theory on. It was bogus

then as it is now. Learn the truth about what causes disease and free yourself

from the insane practice of vaccines and drugs.

Does anyone remember years ago on a morning show called " Mike a Matty " - they

had an older doctor on there who used to do a lot of TV shows and he was

going to give them flu shots live on the air. He gave the shot to one of them

and

then used the SAME syringe and SAME needle to give the shot to the other one.

I was watching the show live and as a nurse the minute I saw him do it I

freaked out. They went to a commercial and when then came back everyone was

very

somber and they told the audience about the mistake he had made and said that

Mike and Matty would both be getting blood tests and would be followed for

any ill effects. I remember being furious at the time because the whole thing

was such a sham and I bet that was the first time in 30 years that doctor gave

someone a shot himself rather than just writing an order for a nurse to do it.

I did watch this show and it scared me to bits. I questioned myself too on

whether I should vaccinate my children now. What would I do if they got the

measles at that magnitude? Things like that were always in question and still

remain. I do a lot of research and we hope to be ready if a condition happens. 

I have 3 lil ones the older ones 5 and 4 had some vaccinations and I stopped

after several things happened. One being that 2 weeks after my daughter was

vaccinated she had a seizure. Still remains to have seizures that they say oh

these are febrile seizures. .I'm still researching. I do not feel at all at

peace to get them further vaccinated.My lil one has not been vaccinated at all.

The older ones will never get anymore I feel cause One they both have

seizures...not saying that shots cause seizures. Also my 5 year old son is

autistic...do I believe shots caused his autism...NO. What would you do in a

measle outbreak as far as care goes for the kids?

The question should be: what will you do if they have a vaccine reaction (and

you've already been there)? There's really nothing the doctors have to offer you

since they will likely deny it's a reaction anyway. So, they will prescribe

useless, harmful drugs for an " unknown " condition, just treating the symptoms.

Even if they admit it, again all they can do is treat the symptoms and make

things worse.

There is no set drug for vaccine reactions the way there might be (in their

minds) for natural diseases. And there's no saying what path a vaccine reaction

will take or how long it will last. Autism, seizures, learning disabilities,

fatal allergies, brain damage--those things might never end.

By the way, shots do cause seizures, autism and the above conditions. You are

wise to stop vaccinations even if you don't believe that.

Try to keep TV shows in perspective. We don't really believe that aliens are

invading us just because a science fiction show has them in it. Movies/TV add

unrealistic drama all the time. It's easy to get sucked into what-ifs, I know.

If there's an outbreak, realize that could mean just two cases. But if you're

worried, that's the time to crack down on their diet and get lots of rest.

Why not say shots caused the seizures? Shots are nasty invading things and

don't let a show scare you. TV is for entertainment.
