The General Medical Council Fitness to Practice Panel against Dr

Wakefield, Professor and Simon Murch is set

to resume with the planned dates 12 - 30 January 2009. The Panel sits

amidst the conflict of interest GlaxoKline MMR Vaccine

Manufacturer Shareholdings held by Panel Chairman Dr Surendra Kumar

and the refusal of Lancet Editor Dr Horton to come to court

to substantiate his evidence.
