Contact with recently vaccinated individuals

I couldn't find anything in the archives - does anybody have any links

with info explaining why recently vaccinated individuals can put others

at risk? General info, or specifically regarding flu,

tetanus/diptheria, & shingles vaccines?

My FIL just sent an email to the entire family bragging that he and my

MIL are now up to date, having just received the shots I listed above.

They are scheduled to be staying with us this weekend for my daughter's

first birthday party. She and I are on the tail end of a cold, and I

am really worried about shedding. We are normally very healthy, but

our immune systems are definitely taxed enough as it is right now and I

don't want to add to the burden.

Not to mention the fact that he knows my Rheumatoid Arthritis and

Fibromyalgia were caused by vaccines...I am so annoyed right now.
