Guest guest
YES, definitely. When I take the supplements they give me a lot more energy, mental and physical. I'm going to try to figure out which of the supplements makes me jittery and have slight heart palpitations. I doubt if it is the CoQ10 as I have taken that for years prior to this. When I take the full set of recommended Burgstiner supplements I only get about 5-6 hours of sleep. Later in the day I feel like I am having difficulty unwinding. I think it might be the phosphatidyl choline as I've had this reaction before when I went to a holistic thyroid specialist who had me taking PC along with the thyroid medications. I didn't take the supplements today at all to try to get more sleep. Are you having difficulty sleeping? Yesterday with all the extra energy I ran myself ragged. Insomnia lately: could it be related to Logos Burgstiner supplements???? ,You mentioned insomnia with supplements. Which one? Thanks, z3 :-)

Guest guest
So sorry you are having insomnia dear. Especially when you have to go to work or have so much to do, as you do. Looking at the Liver supplement on the bottle lists phosphatidyl choline. I'm going to omit the Liver component and see if that helps. I'm really sensitive to caffiene in coffee, green tea, anything herbal in the way of stimulants, including supplements that stimulate even if the body is helped overall. I have had insomnia for years now, but stimulants can make it worse. When I re-order from Logos I think I'll purchase the supplements individually and cut out the Liver part of it. Too bad because all the other ingredients in the Liver bottle look really wonderful and helpful. Guest guest
Just received an email message back from Burgstiner and here is his reply regarding my question about insomnia: " Although having more energy is a typical response to beginning the protocol, having trouble sleeping is not. If you are taking some of the supplements at or near bedtime, perhaps moving them forward a bit in your schedule will help. In particular, the Thymic Formula and MagnifiCal feed directly into your cellular energy systems. There are a myriad of issues that can disrupt sleep patterns, and a typical Morgellons patient must cope with many of them... from hormonal disruption to dealing with the acute stress of physical symptoms and challenging circumstances. Sleep is very important to repair and maintenance of the body, so if this problem continues, you should seek treatment from a qualified medical practitioner. We have had consistently excellent feedback from customers who are taking Sleep Advance to help them rest more effectively. It contains herbal nutrients with relaxant effects and melatonin to help you reach and maintain satisfying levels of deep sleep. You might want to try a bottle of that as well. " ... Blessings, Burgstiner What a nice guy! He responded within 2hrs of me emailing him a question too. z3 > > > > > > > > > > YES, definitely. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Insomnia lately: could it be related to Logos Burgstiner supplements???? > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > , > > > > You mentioned insomnia with supplements. Guest guest
I love his response back. It is definitely the Thymic that causes insomnia. I don't take that in the evenings anymore. Last week I got only 5 hours of sleep one nite and woke up feeling way too chipper! This is crazy too me because I've needed 8-9 hours of sleep to feel rested my entire adult life. Thanks Sooooo much for posting his response. I am also going to start back taking the Calm by Gilluiam To help me get some rest. Please try this first before getting sleeping pills. This is from Mr. Common sense PMP and it is an excellent product. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Insomnia lately: could it be related to Logos Burgstiner supplements???? > > > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > , > > > > > > You mentioned insomnia with supplements. Guest guest
Hi Zoe, Try stopping the Thymic for a couple of days and slowly add it back. I can't take the recommended dosage of 6 pills a day. I am taking 4 a day, all before 2pm. I may cut it back to 3 day as well. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Insomnia lately: could it be related to Logos Burgstiner supplements???? > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > , > > > > You mentioned insomnia with supplements.
