My child is 1year. I make sure I take her out everyday but her skin

is light so it is about 10 mins. I go at the time when the UVB rays

are the strongest. I also watch her skin when it starts to get a

little pink we go in . I am actually getting tan from these 10 mins a

day. On the weekends she gets more....spread out over the day.

Um excuse me, I don't like that I have to " sit " my child in a daycare, but some

moms have to work and daycare is an only option. Trust me, my daughters

environment is very important to me and my provider is very aware of that.

Please be nicer on how you word situations!

People sit their kids inside a daycare/preschool/ school all day long

with fluorescent lighting, with not even outdoor recess longer than 20

minutes (if that) and then can't figure out why their kids are lacking

Vitamin D? It's from lack of sunshine and the proper nutrients in

their bodies to utilize the Vit.D when their skin does make it. People

are so sad and so silly. -Arlynn
