Most states have a broad religious exemption and you don't have to be of any religion Some states are tricky - but most are like broad philosophical exemptions Sheri
Guest guest
It will probably be North Carolina. I think they have religious. I heard they were getting tough on it because many parents are admitting they are using it to get out of the shots. Guest guest
is from SC. They have the right to investigate there. I live in NC, it is becoming difficult. When we lived in FL, we were protected by the court case DOH vs Curry (http://www.know- vaccines.org/exemptioncase.html) Therefore, a religion could not be investigated. I think in order to change the statute, someone would have to take it to court $$$$$. > > > > It depends on which state you are in. > > Most states have a broad religious exemption and you don't have to be > > of any religion > > Some states are tricky - but most are like broad philosophical > > exemptions > > Sheri > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
We are not investigated at this point, but I have been given a degree of difficulty at my son's school. We need a true philio exemption for those that don't hold a religious reason. I hold a religious reason for our exemption. > > > > > > > > It depends on which state you are in. > > > > Most states have a broad religious exemption and you don't have > > to be > > > > of any religion > > > > Some states are tricky - but most are like broad philosophical > > > > exemptions > > > > Sheri > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
