Guest guest
I think they'd have a very difficult time in court proving anyone gave their child a disease. I wouldn't lose sleep over it. It's just another scare tactic. Guest guest
I agree - I was just going to bring up that question. But, in reality, any one can sue anyone for anything. Guest guest
Hi Bob All of your suggestions will work when people become educated about the cause of health. When people know the Allopaths have no cures and their treatments are as dangerous as they are useless they will not go to them. They use force because they cannot use reason. They have failed and are failing and they know it. And they know that we know. I at times share your frustration, but everytime I wake a person up, I know I have hit them where it hurts. In the pocketbook. Multiply everyones effort on this list by all the lone wolfs and groups in this country and others and you can imagine the good we are doing. The people are waking up and common sense will prevail, because the truth is on our side. I have been in this fight for 30 years. It was a lonely road. I didn't just take on the vaccine issue I took on the entire medical dogma. I have been told to leave by more doctors than most people go to. And today because of people like you and this list and everyone involved I talk to several a week. Just think of being in a snowstorm, as you move forward inch by inch, know that the sunshine is just ahead. I am inspired by the actions of Dawn and many others on this list. One group I try to reach is the teenagers. If their parents won't listen I find many of them will. I believe a 16 or 17 year old has a right to make an informed decision about what is put in their body and affects their health. Onward and upward. Guest guest
Sure they can but it's another thing to prove it. AND there has to be a specific law broken. Is there one for intent to infect by another child? I don't think so. Just a scare tactic. Guest guest
Can I sue someone if they sneeze on me? - In Vaccinations , wharrison@... wrote: > > I think they'd have a very difficult time in court proving anyone gave their child a disease. Guest guest
Hey, maybe we can sue the " vaccinated " for giving our kids " modified " viruses that can be tested are directly linked to vaccinations. : ) Lynda
Guest guest
Pretty sick, lawsuits for spreading natural diseases, yet pharma can't be sued when children are permanently damaged or die due to their vaccines.  Then again, since it is always a coincidence then I guess there wouldn't really be any case there. Guest guest
Now there's an idea! Guest guest
If an unvaccinated person gives a vaccinated person a disease they have been vaccinated for, does the vaccine company really want that advertised? It would seem to me that it would really make their vaccine look like maybe it doesn't work? I know all about the herd immunity theory but most people who don't read about this stuff constantly like the people on this website. They assume that the vaccine keeps away the disease so to find out that little ny can still get whooping cough, even if he has been vaccinated with for it. The vaccine may have already taken a toll on little ny but the parents thought it was all in the line of keeping him safe from the disease...well, then, that might start to raise an awareness that they weren't expecting and not wanting.
