Hi Winnie,

Yes, it is a disaster if this is allowed to go through and that¹s for sure!

It is just about 12 hours since I first heard of this, but there have been

several people asking about setting up a fund for legal expenses for these

parents. I will speak with someone from the parent¹s family later this

morning and ask if they will be needing this sort of help. If so, I will

inform the lists and we will see about setting up such a fund.

In the meantime, if you can forward this information to any and all media in

your area even if you are overseas pressure on the Australian media is

essential at this time.

I will share with you what happened to me last night in this regard.

I know a woman very well who works for the ABC in a fairly high-up position.

Her own brother was a victim of vaccines and she has written about this in

the past and has covered the story on her program though not all that often.

I know that I can always call on her for help and advice and I did this at

about 6:30 PM.

She suggested calling the reporter at the AM program and telling him this

story. She asked me to stress to him the importance of this issue and the

fact this is about parent¹s rights and the law. I did that and spoke with

one of the reporters at the ABC AM program. I told him the entire story and

he sounded interested and said that he would get back to me. He called me

about 20 minutes later saying that he¹d spoken with his producer and there

was no room in this morning¹s program for this story. Yeah, right!

He then put me through to the newsdesk and I spoke with a journalist there

who again listened to the story and said he¹d need to check a few things out

first and he would get back to me. Suffice it to say, he never did.

No doubt both of these journalists were told that this story was simply too

Œhot¹ and that the medicos would get off-side so it wasn¹t worth covering.

We¹ve seen this happen many times before such is the power of big pharma.

So if any media in Australia or overseas would cover this issue, it would

sort of Œout¹ those who haven¹t.

And I have to be perfectly honest I¹ve been sick for over 2 1/2 months and

am running out of steam in a big way. I would really love to have some help

(probably need to be someone in Australia for this one) to assist me in

compiling evidence to file an official complaint to the ABC for their

one-sided coverage of this issue. They have a code of operation which they

break every time they are contacted by our organisation and simply dismiss

or ignore the information whilst reporting verbatim medical and drug company

press releases. It is time to take this on but I really need some help with

this. Please contact me if anyone feels able to assist.

Just a quick question, why are they talking about the Hep B vaccine and not the

immuneglobulin? I thought that the protocol for babies born to Hep B+ mothers

was to inject immuneglobulin first, then the vaccine later?

Yes, I saw that too in the NSW health policy paper. They are supposed to

offer both. I¹m not sure at this point if they did offer both or just the

vaccine but I forgot to ask the father last time I spoke with him I will

let you know what he says.

My eyes filled with tears reading that article.

It reminded me of when my DD was 9 months old. We went to her pedi

appt (VERY MAINSTREAM) and were told she was ANEMIC and sickly and

underweight, etc.

Now...she met ALL of her developmental milestones ahead of the

schedule....and how could they DIAGNOSE her as anemic w/o doing a

test!! They also wanted to do an iron test and a lead test...and I

did NOT want my child poked and proded without doing further research.

I told them I was calling my husband...and I called my chiro instead

and he talked me thru things. He told me they were only trying to

manipulate me and scare me and that I had every right to opt out of

the tests..and my DD is FINE (he saw her regularly).

We very much believe in DELAYING solids...because I really belive

that if you introduce solids before the leaky gut is closed food

allergies develop...so yes she was 9 months and still exclusively

breastfed ON DEMAND...and she NEVER acted hungry....and every time

she did she nursed.

Anyway....after the phone call I got her snow suit on and walked out

w/o saying a single word to anyone (I was so scared I was shaking).

The next day....CPS came and wanted me to tell them what was going on

because they called CPS on me for MEDICAL NEGLECT.

Long story short...I had already made an appt to a holistic MD...and

I told them everything that happened and they talked to the MD after

our appt (which the MD said our daughter was 100 FINE....and later on

we did end up doing an iron test and her iron was TOTALLY FINE) and

then CPS got off our backs.

Stories of children being taken away like this just absolutely

terrifys me because it could have happened to me. Thank GOD the

issue with us was that we believed in delaying solids until our DD

had 6 to 8 teeth (teeth meaning that the body has correct enzymes to

digest food) and NOT the fact that we dont vaccinate...never

have..never will.

*sigh*

I would love to know how to help. If anyone knows of a fund for this

family I'd love to donate some money or SOMETHING. They must be

TERRIFIED!!

I had a long long post typed out but it didn't send it thru...darnit!!

Anyway...this story brought me to tears.

It reminded me of when CPS was called on me because at my DD's 9

month WBV with a very mainstream NP...she claimed my DD was anemic

and underweight and flipped out that we were delaying solids.

We very much believe in delaying solids until a child has 6 to 8

teeth or is one year old because we want to make sure the leaky gut

is closed so that food allergies do not develop. Our chiro is right

on with us...and we see him weekly for adjustments.

Long story short...they called CPS on us for medical neglect because

I did not want to sign the APA vaccine refusal form and because I did

not want to do the lead/iron test w/o further reserach...I didn't

want my baby POKED and PRODDED!!!

So the next day CPS came..and I was a sobbing mess. I had already

had another pedi appt set up with a holistic MD..and once we went to

that doctor..she confirmed our DD is FINE and totally on target with

EVERYTING and growing wonderfully....and then CPS closed the case.

It's so hard when the authorities clearly go after EDUCATED

individuals instead of those that feed their children mc donalds

every meal, dope them up with medication after medication....and

don't look into anything in order to make an informed decison on

anything.

It's truly sad.

I can't think about this story anymore. If anyone knows how to

help...I'd love to do something for this family. How sad..that the

supposed best time of their lives is overshadowed with this horrible

situation.

Oh, my. How smart of you to walk out. Who knows what would have happened if

you'd gone along with that doc any further? I suppose they technically didn't

break any laws by calling CPS, no way to sue them, assuming one would have the

money and time to spend.

I also delayed solids for my last three children for the same reasons, since my

first son had food allergies. My second son, who was completely breastfed for a

year actually WAS anemic at that time, but I wasn't concerned because I figured

they were comparing him to formula-fed babies with their iron formulas. I can't

remember what they wanted me to do about it, maybe iron drops? Something I

declined to do.

But I was still vaxing at that time so they probably didn't want to lose their
