Taking DNA from all Newborn babies... Seriously Scary!!

Can the government do something like this? Are parents able to say no

like we are able to say which vaccinations our children recieve? I am

expecting my 3rd child in August and I am sure glad that I am having a

home birth and will not be subject to all the hospital policies. I am

additionally pleased that my daughter was born before this was

implimented.
