Guest guest
Lynn, I am glad the pool bath worked. I really feel for your situation. The shower sounds like a real headache. Next time you redo your shower, get cement backer board and put that down and on the walls first. It will not let the water through to the floor and will hold tile well. We blew up the pool and I cleaned it out with a dribble of Dawn and bleach. Than as it filled up with water I added in 5 caps of Eco Orange. When I went to add the sea salt the bag burst and all of it went into the swimming pool. I worried that much salt would irratate the babys skin. Later as we played I notice it silenced almost every bug on me. What was left was very ill and easy to kill in shower. As you all know a few nights ago I posted I had back the hooky crawler, but did not feel them use the hooks to climb. More like the same size and feeling with sluggish movement. Like to weak to do the hooky climbing. Well that has come and gone a couple of times on a very small scale. Just enough to make me aware. I think I must have lost about 10 cups if not more of sea salt into that pool which holds quite a few gallons of water. Its 6 feet long and 4 feet wide. About 3 feet deep. It was very salty. None of the many hundreds of wasp living around me wanted anything to do with that water. Hardly any bees came around for a try at it either. I wish I had a tub. I could do this soak for three days and than once a week and think it would help weaken them even more and have a new level of peace. Last night was alot of activaty in bed, but they did not really try to dig in until early morning. Got rid of them in the shower really easily also. Been having a almost perfect day so far. Wish I could have the grand kids on days like to day whare I do not have to go off all the time and try to kill a sting area and feel the stressed about them being around all this Cra...Garbage. I have another problem and do not know yet how to solve it. We run a fan in the room all the time to help cerculate the air. I spray a light spray around the room every morning and spray the bedding down twice a day. This past month when I hook into my breathing equipment it sucks in every smell the room has and forces it through my nose. I smell wet wood. The floors need to be re-finished and sealed and I do not have the money or anyone in the family interested in doing that. I went a week without spraying the room and only the bedding and it did not change a thing. Well I think the wood is getting damage. Same thing in the shower. Every year we have had to replace the walls. The shower is so tiny that we had to buy the kind you cut the peices to fit. Well the shower head hits the seams and opens them up in no time. Even worse sense the bugs and I am in there twice a day. The wood floor beneath the shower tray is real spongy and just know I am going to fall through one day. Bet lots of wood rot and mold. Well there it is the Good the bad and the ugly. lol. In Light Lynn
