Hi J -- Are you taking any probiotics and prebiotics? I think that is an

important part of restoring your health. The Fungal Defense will kill the

fungus, but you need something good to take its place. I have read that we

should ideally have 4-5 pounds of beneficial intestinal flora, so I imagine it

takes a long time to build it up.

You're correct Jay, my bad. It looks like you're supposed to take the probiotic

after you're finished with the Fungal Defense. I took them at the same time.

Wow, good article Myrtle. Thanks again! I am going to go with what it says to do for a few months - I think it is helping already, but not entirely sure.
