Moving won't do any good. They'll just start again. I moved so many times i

should know. I tried cleaning everything and stuffing the clean stuff in trash

bags. You need to lose the attraction from them.

How do you suggest I lose the attraction to them? This is what I'm doing so far:(A) Using the sulfodene shampoo as shampoo and body soap and coconut oil in scalp and body.(B) Trying the sugar-dairy-free diet.© Taking MSM caps, Garlic caps, Magnesium caps, Psyllium fiber, and will add vitamin C as well. Any recommendation on the brand? Something under $20 pls, I thought about getting it @ Trader Joe's, will that help?(D) I'm eating spinach salads with raw chopped garlic+onion, apple cider vinagrette, oil (EVOO or Sesame), sea salt, cayenne and lemon.(E) Using pineoil for cleaning, and canola oil on the floor of my room to avoid crawling around (I read canola is insecticidal, so I went get it.) What else would help me? They attacked me after my shower, and I was already "dry" in my room. Not sure what else to do to become less attractive as a host. Would stuffing myself with even more garlic+onion help? I eat 1/2 onion and 3-5 garlic teeth, not a whole one yet, per day. Thanks for any advice,JessSent on the Sprint® Now Network from my BlackBerry®From: <danielwalker94949@...>Date: Tue, 1 Jun 2010 06:40:37 -0700 (PDT)<bird mites >Subject: Re: Moving out from infested apt, tips to leave mites behind Moving won't do any good. First off you have to take this month by month and not day by day or even week

by week. You have to get your head on straight. Meaning, you cannot be

panicking all the time. It will only make the situation worse. Find someone you

can talk to about any other problem in your life besides this to relieve some

stress. Do not mention this. I know it is hard but that is what most of us

have had to do. Being able to deal with this is most of the battle. I know you

said you had anxiety so maybe you should go to the doctor for that first. I was

on some medication for a year until things got better, now I'm off one and

trying to get off the other one.

Once you get that together, look up naturopaths in your area. Call around and

find one who works with Morgellons patients. Have them set you up with

something. You need to detoxify and that will bring your problems down

dramatically but it will take time. I went through phases where something kind

of worked and then I had to pile on something else. I did colonics, parasite

cleanse, far infrared, and Staninger's protocol. It doesn't sound like a lot

but that is about a year's worth of treatment. I also have a bunch of left over

antifungals and antibacterias if you want to try them. Some people have had

success with those. I have bactrim ds and Fluconazole. About a month and a

halfs worth. Just send me your address. You can also try www.magicpharma.com

for other meds without a prescription.

Excellent idea and the best yet. Also I would recommend EFT for dealing with anxiety and panic. You can learn how to do this on yourself and it DOES work. I am walking proof of it. I do EFT. Find any YouTube instruction videos on EFT. They will teach you how to get the anxiety in your nervous system OUT. Re: Moving out from infested apt, tips to leave mites behind

I really recommend the book by Marshall B. Roseberg, Ph.D., titled Nonviolent Communication, a Language of Life. If you instinctively do not know how to communicate from a place of gentleness and kindness or compassion towards others, he can teach you through this book. So much of what we call conflicts can very easily be resolved through kindness in words. Best of luck . This is a lession I am learning myself--I grew up in a very angry household. As a culture we have not learned this valuable lesson I'm afraid. You can transform any relationship with a change of heart. Perhaps this is not an issue for you, but maybe for someone else reading this. Re: Moving out from infested apt, tips to leave mites behind

Moving won't do any good. They'll just start again. I moved so many times i should know. I tried cleaning everything and stuffing the clean stuff in trash bags. You need to lose the attraction from them.

Hi Rose,Thanks for the info. However, even if I fumigate, the ones inside of me always come out and infest new places. For example, there was this single dad and his son I used to go babysit. I used to only go once a week. After the 1st wk I got infested, I began to see mites everywhere in his apt. They only cleaned the apt once a week, and he didn't change his son's bed sheets in weeks either. By the 4th or 5th time I went, the whole place was even more infested than mine, and he didn't just have mites, there were also ants and even fruit flies or something like that hatching in the tiles of the bathrooms in the mold. One of those days I wanted to run the hell out because I was getting bitten so hard. So you see.. I can infest a place myself without the need of bringing my stuff or even living there. I spent 3-4 hours 1 time a week there and that was enough to infest it.The fiber insects I'd find in that apartment were huge and looked incredibly scary. Especially those around the dad's room. The dad is a bit fat and you can tell he eats lots of pasta and white refined carbs. I have no idea how he didn't realize there was that stuff in his place. I kept asking " where did those huge fibers come from?" And he'd say "I have no clue" and they didn't seem to bother him in the least. The whole thing was very strange.JessSent on the Sprint® Now Network from my BlackBerry®From: rose <auberginedream777@...>Date: Tue, 1 Jun 2010 10:31:59 -0700 (PDT)<bird mites >Subject: Re: Moving out from infested apt, tips to leave mites behind Might be true Re; moving but can you fumigate the place...I think You said it's an apartment..in the bird mite instructions it mentions fumigating I don't know if it works in apartments...i think Yes remove the attraction but in the bird mite situation i think You may have to kill the beasts...many people have moved again and againFrom: <danielwalker94949 >To:bird mites Sent: Tue, June 1, 2010 6:40:37 AMSubject: Re: Moving out from infested apt, tips to leave mites behind Moving won't do any good. Hi Jess,That's prob.true.Some people have done well with fumigating but I wouldn't really know.Maybe the big guy didn't have them but the child maybe did. Some men don't get this as much as women.I wonder if Trisha Springstead RN would help You.She is about the kindest woman I have met 352-544-8111...Some people here call Her.Hugs,RoseFrom: "helpnynow@..." <helpnynow@...>Bird Mites

Hi . Unfortunately I too grew up with a parent that was very angry. Surprisingly to most, it was my mother who was very abusive with me both physically and verbally. It has torn down my self-value and confidence in life, and pushed me towards anger about life.

Anyways, the hassles and pain of this infliction at first made me angry, but lately I am not angry about the process I have to go through to prevent the progression of this infliction. I always can learn more gentleness and kindness though.

First off you have to take this month by month and not day by day or even week by week. You have to get your head on straight. Meaning, you cannot be panicking all the time. It will only make the situation worse. Find someone you can talk to about any other problem in your life besides this to relieve some stress. Do not mention this. I know it is hard but that is what most of us have had to do. Being able to deal with this is most of the battle. I know you said you had anxiety so maybe you should go to the doctor for that first. I was on some medication for a year until things got better, now I'm off one and trying to get off the other one. Once you get that together, look up naturopaths in your area. Call around and find one who works with Morgellons patients. Have them set you up with something. You need to

detoxify and that will bring your problems down dramatically but it will take time. I went through phases where something kind of worked and then I had to pile on something else. I did colonics, parasite cleanse, far infrared, and Staninger's protocol. It doesn't sound like a lot but that is about a year's worth of treatment. I also have a bunch of left over antifungals and antibacterias if you want to try them. Some people have had success with those. I have bactrim ds and Fluconazole. About a month and a halfs worth. Just send me your address. You can also try www.magicpharma. com for other meds without a prescription.> > >Hey guys,> >> >I'm moving out in 2 weeks and I'm willing to do just about anything to avoid bringing the mites with me.> >> >Does anyone have any tips or advice to avoid bringing the bastards with me? I'm in the same boat and this condition is common, unfortunately. Meditation has helped me a lot too - active meditator and I am surprised at how it has calmed me down from where I used to be years ago. My husband of 20 years says he sees big changes in me. I'm kinder and so is he because he meditates too.Love to all. Re:Moving out from infested apt, tips to leave mites behind

Have either of you heard of Sharon Ellison (speaker and writer of "taking the war out of our words")? I've heard her speak a few times and have liked her message a lot. I'm interested in checking out Roseberg's book. Thanks!

Re:

No I haven't heard of Sharon Ellison. But I like the way you stated, taking the war out of words. How can we as a culture help others across the globe if we have not taken the war out of words. This has nothing to do directly with bird mites or Morgellons, but has a lot to do with our general sense of confidence and love of self. J, I had the same experience with my poor mother who was physically abusive to all 6 of us children. I've forgiven her completely. She had the same thing done to her. It took an unbelievable toll on all 6 children. Re:Moving out from infested apt, tips to leave mites behind

. I too have forgiven my mother and love her. But the effects do last, thought I think they can fade away.
