Guest guest Posted March 13, 2010 Report Share Posted March 13, 2010 one suggestion that comes from Dr.S is to eat 10 sprigs of cilantro a day...She suggest chopping it up and putting it in a burrito...personally I like it in a salad,(raw not cooked)...detoxes heavy metals....alas I ate alot of tuna(mercury) also raw parsely is a great detox and affordable....raw basil is a member of the mint family(not the Adam's family lol)...anyway I think the cilantro is a commitment affordable and simple Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
