Guest guest
Thankyou for explaing this Sheri. I really want to grasp it but this paragraph had me foxed: Sometimes the stronger disease is related enough to the weaker disease that it will actually cure the person and the symptoms will never return of the other disease. That is how homeopathy works - the remedy is a little stronger and the vital force/body/immune system goes to work on that artificial disease - the remedy - and when done the symtpoms are gone because it was similar. It is a little hard to understand and we don't know 'why', we just know that it happens. But in most cases the acute disease, if it is stronger, is not similar enough to the chronic disease, so it only suspends it temporarily, not curing it. You see what I mean? Sheri Maybe I need to ask what the difference is between chronic & acute? I see the word 'acute' is used alot in homeopathy. Can you give a definition? I am sending off for a couple of books because I need to grasp what the premise is of homeopathy. I don't understand why the aim is to match the symptoms. Can you explain it briefly? I can't begin to trust it until I have more of an understanding. I finally found your (obvious) link to homeopathic kits from the US. Is it advisable to buy the $84 kit when I do not have a practitioner to adise on its use? I want to use natural remedies should my baby ever need it but I don't see how I can gain experience fast enough (not just knowledge). I know you offer a course, I just can't find the time to take on another - I already have 30 lessons to read on the childhood illnesses! I am all for educating myself, it just takes time!! How to manage this with a young baby? If I'd have forseen this state when I was pregnant I could have begun it back then. I know I need to get my 'ducks in a row'. It feels like such a scramble. Having no one physically to take my daughter to makes me most concerned. Its a tall order to learn so much over the internet & feel that is all I have. Sorry, just stressing myself out trying to be perfect )) I'm getting there!
