Dear , I am so very excited to say that the war on vaccines is heating

up!!!! In the morning this family will be on the steps of the court house

making a statement how Federal Court ruled showing vaccines caused their

daughter's autism. The time is here and I cannot believe the media coverage. I

wish I could watch the news all day tomorrow but I work! I know Larry King is

on late and I have a vaccine presentation to 15 Mom's at my clinic from 6:30 -

8:30pm so I hope to get to watch this interview. It is all breaking loose!

AP is saying " Autism Like Symptoms " to imply this isn't " real " autism -

in which case we may have tens of thousands of misdiagnosed children

and doctors LIABLE for the misdiagnosis - right up to and including

Autism Speaks' " Learn the Signs " campaign....

And Kirby has said EXACTLY that - " maybe this epidemic isn't

classic autism " but something that looks like autism. To which I say

to the autism is A-OK advocates of the world, take the freaking label -

live it, love it - but don't tell me my kids are fine....

Yeah, think of that..."So here's the thing, parents. There really isn't more autism. We've actually just completely and totally misdiagnosed all these children with the wrong thing, even though we just convinced everyone we've gotten really good at it! Sorry!"

Face it, they are SCREWED either way. If they come out and admit it is autism and vaccines caused it, they're done. If they come out and say it causes something that looks like autism, but really isn't autism even though THEY called it autism, they're done too.

I'm so happy right now.

By the way, if I seem riled it's just that I sat at a DDS meeting today

to learn about guardianship, grouphomes and other " joys of autism. "

What if our kids were misdiagnosed???????

The AP spin of " autism like symptoms " tells me that if it wasn't autism

then the child was MISDIAGNOSED. And that will have the attorneys

sniffing around fast than you can say, " This shot won't hurt a bit. "

That's what I've been saying. I heard Kirby say something to

the effect that experts who are convinced that Autism is purely

genetic could be correct. The 1 in 10,000 cases of classic Autism

(Leo Kanner, Hans Asperger forms) which they've studied all these

years could very well be purely genetic. Meanwhile the rest of the 1

in 150 could be vaccine damage which is being mis-diagnosed as Autism

because the symptoms are " Autistic-like " .

I guess if its not autism, that opens up the insurance

companies for problems too since they didn't pay any

of the claims for treatment, testing, etc.

Hey, Amy - good point. I would go so far as to find the insurance companies culpable since they send out literature to families (their insureds) to remind them to vaccinate their children. Re: Re: Family of Vaccine Injured child on Larry King.

So for those of us if we lose in vaccine court, then we can move on to

civil court & get not only pharma but insurance!!!!
