Guest guest
Anyone living in , MO or near St. Louis? My friend just moved there, and says that they have changed the law regarding exemptions, to read that any child who is not fully immunized can be excluded from public school (without the outbreak clause). She also said that the health dept. had her sign a card for her religious exemption, stating which vaccines her children do not have. The preschool and ped. both have copies. She is not doing varicella, and is spacing out the shots. Can someone send me the info that says that doing shots one at a time or separating them creates more of a problem +/or is more dangerous? Thanks!
Guest guest
Hi - I live in St. Louis but don't really have any first hand knowledge since I don't have children yet. However, here is a link to a site that has the MO exemptions and cites to the various statutes. http://www.vaclib.org/exempt/missouri.htm I am not aware of any new changed law. Hope this helps.
