Some one on the OT for vax list did some herbal thing and fixed the

tooth that the dentist said needed filling. Cavity went bye-bye. I

thought I’d try it next time I have a cavity.

I know I kept the post but can’t remember what file I put it in. join OT

list and see if anyone remembers!

You can get a composite filling that has no mercury in it.

I'll have to join that list and find out what it was - it would be handy in case

I ever needed it. I can't bring myself to go to a dentist anymore. Everytime I

go, I " have to " have tons of work done, which costs me tons of money (even with

full dental coverage) and my mouth ends up worse off than it was before. My

mouth feels fine, but every time I go I'm informed by the dentist that I have

several cavities, need a root canal, etc. I think I'm going to run out of teeth

for them to fill pretty soon. All in the last 7 years as I spent the first 24

years of my life without a cavity (and without going to the dentist but every 5

years or so).

I wouldn't do a root canal if you paid me to! From what I've heard,

they're a scam. A good diet is the best cavity prevention.

It really does depend on your dentist too. I had one that told me I had

to have a deep cleaning and had 2 cavities or going-to-be-cavities soon

and some " dark spot " he wanted me to get checked out.

He also wanted all the money upfront, after what insurance gave him..

even if I had to leave post dated checks before any work was to be done.

I didn't like that and didn't go back. Went to another dentist probably

a year later, had my cleaning, was told I had no cavities and there was

no strange dark spot to be looked at.....you have to look at dentists

with as much suspicion as the doctor that tells you that vaccines are

safe!
