Guest guest
Funny how there is no discussion of eating organic, or removing MSG and other damaging / deadly chemicals from the American diet. There is no discussion of why cutting calories will destroy the metabolism and the immune system of these children they are targeting. There is no discussion of how fast food companies target children, or how the school lunches in American schools are a fat filled, chemical laden feast. Millions of children in the US are living in poverty, and some of these kids their parents get " food " from food pantries, much of it is chemical filled processed canned food, hot dogs, and sugary baked good made with processed white flour and sugar. Why is it no one is concerned about the fact that many Americans can not afford to eat healthy food and often eat the garbage that is handed to them and their children? So much is missing from this discussion, and I feel it is deliberate. themilochs wrote: > > > > > > Now... as much as I agree with the fact that exercise and healthy > eating is very important.... let's just look at what occurred in MD > yesterday.... Guest guest
Exactly. They are only going to make things worse. They do not know that eating healthy includes natural meat, chicken, fish, organic veggies, natural fats like butter, coconut oil, olive oil, whole, grass fed raw milk, and natural whole grains. They instead are going to make these kids eat very low cal diets with very low fat, mostly coming from cheap/rancid cancer causing vegetable oils, and plenty of sugary, white flour products disguised as whole grain. Not to mention that these programs they are suggesting are probably going to humiliate many children to " educate " them, when really, the children have nothing to do with it, the parents do. After all this, the children will lose a few lbs probably and no doubt feel great about it, but within a very short time will gain it all back and plus some and be extremely miserable and be left only with the tools given to them by these programs. So they will spend the rest of their lives yoyo dieting and eventually resort to harmful pills and surgeries. Very sad. This is very personal to me cause when I was younger and had a few extra lbs, I went from doctor to doctor, losing weight and gaining over and over (of course, each time gaining more than before and each time finding it harder to lose.) When I was 13/14 a doctor had me on a diet of 800 calories a day with 10g of fat a day. I lost a lot of weight for a couple months, but then stopped. I was depressed, tired, and freezing all the time. Not until I learned for myself did I finally start to lose weight and keep it off and am still in the process (I have kept though so far all my lost weight off for more than 3 years...no thanks to any doctor I had ever been to.) I think if I had just been left alone from the beginning, I would have never had this struggle in my life. > > > > > > Now... as much as I agree with the fact that exercise and healthy > > eating is very important.... let's just look at what occurred in MD > > yesterday.... Guest guest
Sheri, Are you drinking milk at all?? The sort here is A1 (source: Holstein cows) , highly!! correlated with diabetes amd Coronary Heart Disease. A2 is not correlated in any way. Best sources are goat, sheep, human and Guernsey (A2=90%) Also I just found out that milk is insulinotropic but not sure if this is true for both types of milk. I see other body chemistry issues as the cause - http://www.wellwithin1.com/josephwalton.htm My partner Joe's pages that explain RBTI All has to do with the liver - if lack of proper calciums ---> affects liver >>>-which affects pancreas and down the line to thyroid and all. A little more complicated than that. More info at Joe's pages Not much online........a few books - mostly passed on by teachers who studied with the developer. Joe and I both do RBTI testing and consulting and advising Could be the milk in the Green & Black's chocolate though ;-) Thanks though! Intereting about the cows. I think much danger of milk though has to do with homogenization and pasteurization. What's your take on that?
