What's inside those sesame seed things?

While eating some left over salad today, I saw one of those sesame seed things

and opened it (the salad dressing must have softened it sufficiently for this to

happen- normally, they're too hard to open).

Sure enough, there was a small, transluscent baby mite inside.

Once again, cue " The Twilight Zone " theme song ;0)
