Guest guest
Hi Guys,Just tried new sweetener xylitol///brand= " Ideal " supposedly 1.5gm..no calories...bad news this brand name contains maltodextrin and 0.3% sucralose....but evidently You can get the pure xylitol and I was impressed with the taste of this product...Felt I had my dear friend sugar back with me...but I am suspect of the additions in the ideal product....Like many of us I can't eat sugars at all or I become incredibly infested...bought this at Safeway...will see if I can get the pure xylitol(it is good for You) and give it a taste test...stevia is good I just don't like the taste as much as this Rose
Guest guest
I think there are 2 natural sugar alternatives that we like here. Xylitol and stevia. You can get pure xylitol at health food stores (vitamin shoppe has them, I've seen it) but they are pricey. Stevia is also pricey compared to the price of sugar or artificial sweeteners. I get my stevia from Trader Joes. > > Hi Guys,Just tried new sweetener xylitol///brand= " Ideal " supposedly 1.5gm..no calories...bad news this brand name contains maltodextrin and 0.3% sucralose....but evidently You can get the pure xylitol and I was impressed with the taste of this product...Felt I had my dear friend sugar back with me...but I am suspect of the additions in the ideal product....Like many of us I can't eat sugars at all or I become incredibly infested...bought this at Safeway...will see if I can get the pure xylitol(it is good for You) and give it a taste test...stevia is good I just don't like the taste as much as this Rose >
