Guest guest
The links are working now on my reply to you.......I looked at the pictures......, do you think it's hairs that we are seeing on the bodies of these "things" ? The body of the things I have pulled out of my skin, floors and clothing don't have a "mite" body....just a blob and then all sorts of fibers incasing the blob. I have also seen something cigar shaped and soft like cooked rice. None of this makes any sense to me after 4 years of fighting this thing. I dont think the water temp is hot enough here, and i cant microwave blankets. Thanks > Holly>
Guest guest
Rita, We have identified bird mites here. We also found the infested nest and got it removed. I've also experienced many things that are more than the mites. The other day I felt something crawling on my eyebrow. I reached up and pulled it out. It was a soft bodied rice-like looking thing -like you described, with a black fiber sticking out of it that was moving. I looked at it under the microscope. The white worm-like thing appeared to have a sucking mouthpiece and two eye-like spots. The black fiber seemed to be embedded in it. The part of the fiber that was sticking out of the skin of the thing was moving mechanically. So strange. I hope I never see another one of those. I've also seen the fiber creatures - of various kinds and colors. I quit looking at them. It was creeping me out. Also crystalline white granules coming out of my skin along with black seed-like things and gelatanous stuff. This is all so bizarre. The hardest part for me is the social isolation. I do not go to events that I would like to for fear of infecting others. I pray a lot. For all of us. Guest guest
Yes.. I thought I was doing overall pretty well until a few days ago.. Have had an increase in the itching, stinging, threads, etc. It's the full moon! What kind of wormy things do you get and how do you kill that stuff? > > > > > > > > > From: Holly <hollyjane11@ ...> > > > Subject: Hotbox > > > bird mites > > > Date: Wednesday, August 5, 2009, 11:58 AM > > > > > > > > > > > > Doe > > > Have you used your hotbox idea for clothes/blankets? Guest guest
worm things seem to be in my face..very small disguising themselves as a piece of dry skin...I use straight hydrogen peroxide and let it sit there a minute or 2 and then scrape them off very gently...may not be worth it because it scratches my nose skin(cute looking)..one was about half inch long and about the width of a couple of hairs?....the ones on my lips and chin are easier to get out...mostly they are about 1/8 in long....alll disguised as dry skin but it's not....oh,yukko... --- no_reply wrote: From: lintbugs_too <no_reply > bird mites Subject: Re: , are we seeing hairs? Guest guest
Rita, a little late for replying to this, but wanted to say that I viewed something like you've described and tossed it up to (of course, what else...) a piece of cotton lint. It's "body" was oblong or cigar shaped and consisted of the fibers. I'm not sure, but I think I recall seeing something like antanae or pinchers at the top (it's been a while since viewing so relying on memory ...) Also, a reminder to all who have commented on the fibers and who may not have seen the reports on infected clothing, mattresses, cushions, etc. from China, (particularly mattresses and cushions which were stuffed with infected chicken feathers.) ....
