Guest guest
Hi Reid, This sounds more like something that can happen from an OZONE air purifier, not a negative ion generator - although many negative ion generators ALSO produce ozone. I have never heard any reference to a purely neg ion gen causing any problems whatsoever... > Re: Negative Ion Generators > > >Hi everybody, it been a long time.... > >Do any of you have any experience with Negative Ion Generators? Guest guest
Hi , I have an ion generator going 24/7 in the office. My K-tea factory is in a cabinet in the master bedroom which is across the hall...total of 20 ft. My batches are doing just ducky regardless of temp flux. I'm going to put two more generators in the house just to help with the static buildup up fron two levels of radiant floor heating. My dogs favorite snooze room is the one with the ion generator...go figure...not dumb animals. Guest guest
I may have posted about this before, but I used (and still do) negative ion generators in my home and car, even wore one around my neck for awhile. While I can't guarantee that they helped (since I was doing so many other things at the same time), but things definitly got better with them. I had a small one that plugs directly into the wall ($15 at Walmart) and had it next to my bed, where I would lie and do my " treatments " at(applying various things to my skin and rubbing them in). The thing was attracting and destroying so many things from the air it crackled almost constantly. It doesn't crackle anymore, but I still keep it plugged in (along with a large one with a fan out in the hall near the HVAC air intake). This is from Willow's experience: I wrote to the owner of Mystic Marvels http://.www.mysticmarvels.com He's a really great guy. This is the reply he sent me. Is there maybe any other way to solve the problem? " I received mine yesterday. omg. I read the instruction book full through with a yellow highlighter. Hooking it up so so simple! Using my wrist, as for testing the warmth of a baby bottle, I can feel the tiny breeze of ions emitting out of it. But by the time I closed things down to go to bed I could still tell no difference in the air quality. I was disappointed. But! When I woke up this morning and walked into the room where I left it going all night, wow!, the air is amazing......fresh and wonderful to breathe! Now, late in the day, even with the place opened up, windows, doors open, the air in here is clean and noticeably better to breathe. I set it up where it points at the place I sit at my computer about 6 feet away and up on a high shelf. All day, when I sit at the computer I have NOT been attacked as I always am when I'm on the computer. And the swelling on my face has gone down considerably. I LOVE this thing. And I am going to get one for every room in the house. Even my dogs have not been scratching as they were yesterday. I think this is going to be a huge help in getting rid of these things.
