That little rose duster is prefect for putting the powder out. My car is full of the powder and it hasn't hurt anything in it. Give the powder about 4 weeks to kill the things. Be sure and turn your heat on while the powder is still in the air because once it settles it doesn't become air borne any more. We ran our heat with the fan blowing hard so the powder would get pulled into the air ways. Good luck and here's tons of hope your way. Rita
