Hi everyone,

I have been working a little bit with someone who is a Morg. survivor and she's

been talking about Glutathione. It appears to play a central role in the immune

system and is a broad-spectrum antioxidant. Today at my doctor, I noticed they

actually offer injections (Glutathione is not well absorbed in the GI tract) and

immediately got one. I can get one every week for $15 at the local health food

store (supervised by my doc). I'm going to try them and let everyone know.

Honestly, I feel better even if my spirit's struggling.

I also did ear ozone at the doctor's today. This was supposed to clear my ears

and sinus. This doc loves ozone. It seemed to help right off, but I think the

mites scamper into my left ear quite a lot (especially when it's windy).

Doc also confirmed that breathing H202 (hydrogen peroxide) from a cool mist

vaporizer was both safe and healthy. So I'm going to keep up on that one.

Lastly. I cannot find negative ion generators anywhere. I've been to about 10

Walmarts and numerous other stores and am combing in the internet. A friend

from the list said she found some fairly small ones, that's basically what I'd

like. Something I can buy several of and plug in all around the home.

Also: on the subject of oils, I am looking forward to trying the lemongrass.

Clovebud is my favourite, but some people find it really offensive. I swear it

cleans my whole body of mites.

Ian, lemongrass's main claim to fame is its underpublicized repellence of mosquitoes. I use a little in my homemade purging oil, but haven't isolated it for use with our little friends.

I got the big one. So far I'm not noticing a positive effect, maybe if I close the door. My house is large and has central air so that could be it. Others see benefits within a day or two in terms of mood and Willow says she keeps one near her computer and is at last able to use it without being bitten.

Ian, Willow posted in another room that the negative ion generators from

mysticmarvels.com were the best she has bought. Cleared the air in 24 hours of

her floaty things. I have not seen a follow up post to see if they kept keeping

her floaties down though.

I love lime and oregano essential oils.

Weird that you all are talking about glutatione. I just found 10 new glutathione s transferase genes in the bed bug genome which are implicated in pyretheroid resistance. They actually help break the pesticide down, since glutathione can be an intermediate of many pesticides. I'm anxious to hear how the shot goes Ian.JW
