What's your favorite color? And why do I

ask? Well, it's because I think the colors you wear

tell the world something about who you are. Oh, I

know, I usually give you tips about eating healthy and

exercising. But today, I want to educate you on the

colors you wear everyday. Let's call it your "Colors

Forecast."

Is red your favorite color?

Is red your favorite color? We all notice red quicker

than we do any other color. That's why stop signs are

a bright red. They're meant to grab your attention

when you're driving, telling you it's time to...STOP! Red is also

very often a warning sign for danger. But

if you like wearing red, it means

you're bold, you

like making a statement. You're letting the world

know...you're on fire, baby!

Is you favorite color blue? Blue is a color we often

associate with nature. The sky is blue, the ocean is

blue and so the color blue is often associated with

trust. We trust that beautiful blue sky to be there

every morning when we wake up. So if you're wearing

blue, you're sending a message to others that you're a

person they can trust. (I like that.)

yellow?

Is your favorite color yellow? Yellow is the color of

the sun. When you wear yellow, you're sending the

message that you're a warm person. You're a hugger

and a kisser, you know...like me! When I put

on my yellow, feathered workout outfit, oh...I

believe I can fly! (And hey, it's not just

because of all those feathers, either! LOL.)

Is your favorite color green? Green is the color of

peace. It's also another one of Mother Nature's

favorite colors. We see green in the trees, in the

grass and on the leaves of the flowers we love. If

you like wearing green, you're probably at peace with

yourself, your family and the world. Hey, let's face

it...it's not easy being green! (Sorry, I just

couldn't resist that.)

Do you like wearing purple?

Do you like wearing purple? Purple is the color of

royalty. My mother loved wearing purple and, I must

admit, she always looked so regalwhenever

she wore it. Purple is also the color of passion.

Those who wear purple are passionate about life, their

goals and about making their dreams come true. And,

know what? When you're passionate about life, you're

usually filled with a sense of love and adventure,

too.
