TOMORROW,

TOMORROW...

Monday, 19 December 2011

There's always tomorrow! Ahhh, yes it's probably one of the most

overused reasons so many Americans are still

overweight. But wait, stop right there. Did I say

"reason"? Well, what I meant to say wasexcuse.

That's right, thousands of Americans never reach their

weight-loss goals because they keep telling themselves

things like this:

Today's not a good day

to start trying to lose weight. I can always get

started tomorrow!

Today's not a good day to start trying to lose

weight. I can always get started tomorrow!

Oh, really? And tell me, WHY is today not a

"good day" for you to get started?

Or does this one sound familiar? It's the

weekend and no

one starts

trying to lose weight on Friday or Saturday. I'll

have a little fun this weekend and then start my

weight-loss program on Monday. It just makes more

sense.

And this time of year, there's one excuse that always

works for those people who've been putting off losing

weight. Go

on a diet now?

Oh, you've got to be kidding. The holidays are

here. Who in their right mind would try to start

losing weight so close to Christmas? I'll have

myself a little holiday cheer and start after New

Year's Day.

Uh, pardon me, but didn't you tell yourself the very

same thing this time last year...and

the year before that? So, seriously...when are you gonna

start?

There is "always

tomorrow."

Let me tell you something. All of those

people who use that tired-old excuse are right.

There is "always

tomorrow." BUT...if

you keep on eating whatever you want and never getting

any exercise in, then you'll keep right on gaining

weight into

tomorrow, then days, months and even years

after that. And think about this: By living that

way, where will you end up...tomorrow?

Well, I hate to tell you this but I'm sure many of you

already know. A lot of those people who keep putting

off losing weight end up housebound, bedridden and

feeling totally hopeless because they're now morbidly

obese. So, do you see where waiting

'til tomorrow can

lead?

Today is the

perfect day to

get started proving to yourself that you can lose all

of the weight you want and need to lose.

Sure, there's always tomorrow but here's something

that makes a lot more sense. There's

always today. And..today is the

perfect day to

get started proving to yourself, once and for all,

that you can lose all of the weight you want and need

to lose. I want you to think on this...

Your "tomorrow" begins TODAY!

Love,
