Guest guest
Hugs !!! I'm glad you are heading in the right direction. I've now had 3 days of drinking my water. That is #1 for me. If I'm properly hydrated, my cravings just aren't there. I also got on the scale this morning as well. I plan to do that every day for awhile. It keeps me on my toes more when I know I have to face it in the a.m. Best of luck at the interview!DarcyOn Thu, Nov 12, 2009 at 9:15 PM, A. This is not optional for me, especially if I'm going through something difficult. If the journaling falls apart, it all falls apart. It's a big step in terms of getting a grip. I can't explain why, but its a really big deal. I plan on getting a workout done tomorrow. I have another interview in the morning, followed by a flurry of activity, including a big volunteer gig on Saturday. I can't stay home because I'll climb the walls, just like I did today. OK, I hope to post a workout tomorrow.
Guest guest
Thanks Darcy, It's my second interview at this company. I want in. They're trying to make room for me. I used to work there.Good for you. Isn't it amazing how much something simple like that helps? It's a big deal. I just decided I'm going to take BART and hoof it to the interview (5 miles walking round trip). I think I'm going to grab a quick Lurie KB circuit now, OK, you'll probably understand, but I'm so messed up because I can't find the transmitter piece to my HRM. I tore the house apart looking for it (two days in a row). I broke down and ordered a replacement. I can't live without my HRM. I'm going to work out without it, but it'll feel like driving without a seatbelt, or riding a bike without my helmet, LOL. Not as unsafe, but just as WEIRD. Guest guest
been a crazy weird week for me. right now the barometer sucks for me. I am in a migrane hell. AND the allergies are not helping. I had the cold which was weird. At one point I had one things in my mouth. I was saying to my kids my mouth is like a petre dish. I didnt want to pay the money to go to the drs. So I did alot of tea, water, and stopped cough drops. It finally went away. BUT with 3 boughts the last few months with throat issues, I have a funny feeling my tonsils are going to be an issue for me. Hell why not. Like I dont see the ent enough. LOL So no loss for me this week. When I was feeling better I ate like a pig pig. So back to the drawing board. BUT this to shall pass.
