NEW KID IN TOWN!

Monday, 26 September 2011

Has that ever been you? Did your parents

move once, twice or maybe even more often than that

when you were a kid? I know lots of people whose

parents were in the military and it meant they moved

as many as 10-12 times when they were kids. Oh,

my....that's a whole lotta moving!

It's got to be tough moving around so much,

especially when you're young.

And I'm sure, it's got to be tough moving around so

much, especially when you're young. You move to a

new town, a brand new neighborhood and you don't

know anyone there. So you have to start from

scratch making friends all over again. You start

school with all new classmates. You end up in a new

church filled with lots of members and don't know

any of them. It really does mean starting all over

again, doesn't it?

Well, you know what? Reaching your weight loss goal

is sorta like becoming the new

kid in town. Especially if you've lost a

significant amount of weight. I mean, think about

all the men and women who've lost a lot of weight.

Think about how they must have felt when they

reached their goals of losing 100, 200, 300 pounds

or more. And let me tell you, over the years, I've

met so many people who have lost

that amount of weight. And as you might expect, I

was really inspired by each and every one of them!

You've changed! And you've

changed for the better.

When you lose that much weight, you become oh-so

happy. You look at yourself in the mirror and it's

as if you're seeing a totally new person. Oh sure,

you recognize the eyes, the smile and cute little

nose that make up your adorable new face. But so

much about the person you see is new. You've

changed! And

you've changed for the better.

Many of the people who've reached their

goals never thought they could look so good. Hey,

looks like they really are the new kids in town!

One lady told me that since reaching her goal, she

no longer feels like the "ugly duckling." She now

feels more like a beautiful swan!

There's a healthier person living inside

you and I just know you want to meet them.

Look, if you have a significant amount of weight to

lose, then it's time for you to become the new kid

in town! Are you ready to peel away those extra

pounds that've made you feel so down about

yourself,,,for so long? Sure you

are! Well, I've got news for you. There's a

healthier person living inside you and I just know

you want to meet them.

Today, I want you to do your very best to eat

healthy, get in your workout and feel good about

yourself. If you do, you'll feel so wonderful about

your accomplishment that you'll want to repeat it

tomorrow. And for the rest of your life.

So, are you ready to get started? Are you ready to

meet and make friends with...The New Kid In Town?

Love,
